10 Most Frequently Asked Questions About Buying Steam Games (Safety, Legality & Pricing)

Short answer: You can buy PC games at heavy discounts by getting a Steam account with the game already on it. The game downloads straight from Valve's official Steam client, and you can pay with simple local payment options like UPI in India, or Binance Pay and PayPal worldwide. The trade-off is simple: offline games only run offline, your save files sit on your own computer, and you cannot move games into an existing personal account. Here are the 10 questions gamers ask us every single day before ordering.

1. Is it legal to buy a Steam account?

Yes. Buying or selling digital login details does not break criminal laws. The police or courts do not stop people from trading account logins. However, Valve has its own company rule in the Steam Subscriber Agreement stating accounts should not be sold, transferred, or shared. If Steam flags an account as transferred, they reserve the right to lock it. That is why buying from random sellers on Telegram is risky, and why our store provides a lifetime replacement warranty so your money is always protected.

2. Will my personal Steam account get banned?

No, your main personal account is totally safe. Steam treats each account separately. You can log out of your personal profile, log into the game account we give you, download your game, and switch between accounts anytime on the same PC. Your personal account only gets into trouble if you use cheats or hacks that trigger bans across your computer hardware.

3. What is the difference between offline and full access accounts?

An offline account is shared among a small group of players to keep the cost down, typically around ₹99 to ₹250 (or a few dollars if you switch currencies at checkout). You log in, download the game through Steam, flip the client into Offline Mode, and enjoy the single-player campaign. You cannot change the password on these. A full access account is given only to you. You get the login along with the original email inbox, meaning you can change the password to whatever you like and turn on Steam Guard on your own phone.

4. How do payments work for international and local buyers?

We support both global and local payment methods. If you are in India, you do not need an international credit card. You can pay directly using UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM by scanning our checkout QR code with zero extra bank fees. If you are ordering from outside India, you can switch the store currency to USD and pay using Binance Pay or PayPal.

5. How long will it take to get my game after paying?

Usually within 15 to 45 minutes during normal working hours. For manual payments like UPI, our team quickly matches your transaction reference number (UTR) and payment screenshot before releasing the logins. Once checked, your game details appear directly in your website order dashboard and arrive via WhatsApp or email. If you place an order late at night, it might take until morning support opens.

6. Can I play multiplayer or co-op online with friends?

Not on standard offline accounts. Most cheap games on our site are meant strictly for single-player story games like God of War, Cyberpunk, or Sekiro. If you go online on an offline account, someone else might start playing and kick you out of the session. If you want to play multiplayer titles like GTA Online or Call of Duty, you must pick the full access online version from our catalog.

7. Where do my game saves go and how do I update the game?

Your save files sit right on your own computer, usually inside your Windows Documents or AppData folders. Offline accounts do not have cloud backup, so if you plan to wipe your PC or reinstall Windows, make sure to copy your save folders to a USB drive first. When a new game update comes out, simply switch Steam to Online Mode for a few minutes, let the update finish downloading, start the game once, and turn Offline Mode right back on.

8. What happens if the account stops working later?

Every account we sell comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. If a login stops working or an account gets locked, message our WhatsApp support at +91 7006015316 with your order number. We will check it and give you a fresh working replacement account. The only thing we do not replace is an account that caught a VAC ban because someone ran cheats on it after delivery.

9. Can I transfer this game to my old personal Steam library?

No, and you should never trust any website claiming that is possible. Valve has never created a feature to transfer game licenses between different Steam accounts. The game stays permanently inside the account delivered to you. You can still add the game as a non-Steam desktop shortcut if you want to launch it from one place.

10. Why is it so cheap compared to the official Steam Store?

On Steam, new games often cost full retail price ($60 or ₹3,500 to ₹5,000) because you are paying for an individual retail license, automatic cloud syncing, and official server matchmaking. With an offline account on our site, multiple players share the initial cost of that game license and play disconnected from the internet. You give up cloud saves and online lobbies in exchange for saving up to 90% of the retail price on games you only plan to play through once.
