NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO CANCELLATIONS after account delivery or product activation. Refunds are only available for genuine verified cases within 24 hours as determined by our team.

1. No Refund Policy

SteamGamesBazaar operates under a strict NO REFUND policy for all digital products and services.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS for:

Gaming accounts (Steam, Epic Games, Rockstar, Ubisoft) after delivery
Gaming accounts after credentials are provided
OTT service subscriptions after activation
AI service subscriptions after access is granted
Any digital product after successful delivery
Products activated on any platform (Steam, Epic Games, Rockstar, Ubisoft, etc.)

2. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns for any reason.

Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered
Account credentials cannot be "returned" once provided
Activated keys cannot be deactivated or returned
No exchanges or store credit available

3. No Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.

No cancellations after payment confirmation
No cancellations during processing
No cancellations after delivery
All orders are processed immediately upon payment

4. 24-Hour Genuine Case Exception

Refunds are ONLY available for genuine verified cases within 24 hours of purchase.

Genuine Cases Include:

Duplicate key provided (same key given to multiple customers)

NOT Considered Genuine Cases:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Already owning the game

Not liking the game after activation
Finding a better price elsewhere
Account suspension by platform (Steam, Epic Games, Rockstar, Ubisoft, etc.)

Our team will verify all refund requests. Only verified genuine cases will be processed.

Screenshots or proof of the problem
Order confirmation and transaction details
Cooperation with our investigation

Verification Timeline:

Request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
Our team will investigate within 24-48 hours
Decision is final and non-negotiable
Approved refunds processed within 3-5 business days

6. Digital Product Nature

All products are digital and delivered electronically
Products cannot be physically returned
Delivery constitutes completion of service

7. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

Chargebacks for delivered products are considered fraudulent
Account suspension includes loss of access to all purchased products
